She is a CPA, a retired tax partner from a global accounting firm, a professor in accounting, and a partner in a boutique consulting firm. She provides strategic planning, board advisory services, strategic hiring, finance and tax consulting to companies in the southeast as well as M&A due diligence.

Katherine has served on several prominent boards, is passionate about giving back to the Atlanta community and focused on educating future business executives.
